The Lead Pastor is the spiritual overseer of the Church and directs its activities. He is the corporation's president, acts as chairman of the Board of Directors, and presides over all business meetings. He partners along with the executive pastoral team and leads the day-to-day operations of NWC.

The Board of Directors are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor regarding the major financial commitments of the church.
